John was helpful and patient in responding to our exasperated e-mails regarding the lengthy process of selling a house. John reviewed the points noted on the home inspection report to clarify if they were significant, which on paper they seemed more significant than truly noted. For example, he replaced a showerhead which was incorrectly noted as a water leak. John went out of his way to make sure the home I sold had good market appeal/value and not simply window dressing. At first, I found his preferences to be nitpicky, but after looking at other houses on the market, I came to appreciate his "nitpickiness" as I saw house which should not have been shown by a realtor. Examples of his preferences is making sure the front door has wood oil so it does not look old and dried out; No outrageous wall colors; Fix paint scuffs on door frames; Overall tidiness of the house being present.

John won us over on day one widen we asked him to do a comp for us. Super thorough, and so much better than the other comps we got from other realtors. Throughout the process, John was excellent- he went over and above and out of his way to get our house ready to sell. He helped us price out both items and vendors and even helped us with some of the painting and repairs himself. Would highly recommend it. Great guy, and a great realtor.

I never knew John before hiring him and I never met him in person (I live out of state) but what a professional broker he is! After my tenants left, leaving the house in total disaster, John took over, fixed everything and the house looked so beautiful.
